Korea has consular locations across the globe that can process your application for an E2 Work Visa, which allows you to teach in South Korea. Once a Teaching position is offered the relevant documentation will have to be submitted to the location closest to you. The hiring school will usually provide you with the documentation you need but it will be your responsibility to  get them processed at Korean consular location.
